G. Alex Sinha is an associate professor at the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University. He holds a J.D. from NYU School of Law and a Ph.D. in Philosophy from the University of Toronto.

His research focuses on race and inequality, freedom of expression, legal and ethical theory, international law, and national security law. He teaches Constitutional Law, Jurisprudence, International Law, National Security Law, and Property Law.

His research has been featured in outlets such as The New York Times, The Washington Post, and The Wall Street Journal, and he has appeared on programs such as Democracy Now! and BBC World News Live.
